Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Thursday. please allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders received after 2PM will be begin being processed the following business day.
What about shipping?
We ship to Continental U.S. only . Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in New York, you'll get it faster than if you live in California. The USPS Expected delivery time is 2-8 business days for delivery. We offer flat rate shipping at a cost of $5.99.
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Smaican Collection is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
